Waltz
Waltz Sunday afternoons, all types -- Country, Viennese, Pop, English, anything
that goes 1,2,3 -- is the featured music on the 4th Sunday of the month from
3 to 6 pm. Two waltz lessons, one for beginners (very beginners) and the
other more advanced (called "waltz flourishes"), are free with admission
and run simultaneously from 3 to 3:30. Waltz dancing -- with a very occasional
swing, tango, hambo, etc mixed in to break up the 1-2-3 a little, -- immediately
follows the lesson through 6 pm. Live music. Dress is casual on up. No partner
necessary.
The
Arden Dance
The Arden Folk Gild sponsors a Contra Dance every month on the first Sunday,
